How do I order? You may call us at 513-984-1100 or email cupcakecrazyincincinnati@gmail.com. It is suggested that you place orders well in advance as we do get busy especially on weekends and holidays!

Can I get an order the same day I call? We do have a retail bakery and you may come in anytime during store hours and pick up goodies but if you need large orders it is always best to order in advance so that you get exactly what you like.

How do I get my order? We have a retail bakery located at 7458 Montgomery Road, Cincinnati, Oh 45236. We are about 1 mile south of Kenwood Town Centre and just across from Ester Price Candy as you enter Silverton. We do offer delivery and you may call for pricing.

How big are mini cupcakes? Mini cupcakes are just a couple of bites. They are very cute and it is always fun to order an assortment so that you can try a different flavors, but your guests will eat more than one. (We promise!)

Is there alcohol in the cocktail cupcakes and cake pops? Yes, there is alcohol baked in the cake and then there is a small amount in the frostings. There is just enough to give a good flavor to the treats.

Do you package cupcakes and cake pops for corporate gifts? Yes, we have can package cake pops and cupcakes individually as gifts or favors. We also have attractive packaging to give a half dozen cake pops or cupcakes in boxes. Corporate gifts can be customized with your logo and colors. We frequently drop off large orders to businesses for meetings. Contact us with your specific questions.

Do you make Vegan or Gluten Free Cupcakes? We do make Gluten Free Cupcakes. For large orders we suggest ordering in advance as they do sell out quickly. We will be adding more Gluten Free, Vegan and other cupcakes and baked goods soon.

May I choose my decorations? Yes, you may request any colors you like. All special order items are custom and we will work with you to make sure everything is perfect for your event. There are some decorations that have additional charges. We can get wrappers and all sorts of fun things for you so again talk to us! Plan ahead as certain items may need to be ordered.

I saw a really cute cupcake idea in a magazine and I want something similar. Can you make something like that? We welcome ideas and will try our best to make something similar. Be sure to look at our gallery and our Facebook page as we will be adding new photos all the time.

Do you arrange cake pops in containers? Yes, we can make arrangements of any size and have a variety of containers. We do make cake pop bouquets for all kinds of events. They make beautiful table centerpieces and are great gifts. Please contact us with details and we can give you quotes.

Do you ship cake pops? We do ship some cake pops. Cake pops do require special packaging and in the summer months cold gel packs must be in boxes. Contact us for an estimate. Minimum orders apply.

Do you make other specialty shaped cake pops? We can make quite a few different kinds so if there is something special you would like please ask. Additional charges may apply depending on how involved the project is.

What kinds of events do you make cupcakes and cake pops for? Birthday parties of all ages, anniversary parties, weddings, wedding showers, bachelorette parties, graduations, family reunions, office parties and meetings, party favors, engagement parties, corporate gifts, picnics, neighborhood parties, first communions, baptisms, bar mitzvahs, open houses, school events, tailgating, baby showers, thank you gifts, and even corporate gifts for clients.

What is a cupcake Sundae bar? This is really fun for birthday parties and all kinds of other events! We provide the cupcake flavors of your choice. You pick out the frostings you like. We provide them in pastry bags. Your guests decorate their cupcakes with the frostings they like. We provide all kinds of different toppings that are added onto the frosting by each guest. This can all be displayed on a cupcake tower or using your own serving pieces. We can also provide special wrappers that allow guest to be able to add toppings without making a mess.
