Private Parties at Cupcake Crazy

We offer the perfect space to celebrate a small baby shower, wedding shower, birthday party or other occasion, even just a night out. Our beautiful party room is available for rent and can hold small groups of approximately 12 people. The space is beautiful is wonderful for any small group.

It is available for rental of $225 for 2 hours (10 people) plus $14 for each additional person up to 14. This rental price includes one of the custom dessert display options below created specifically for the event you are hosting! All desserts will be displayed beautifully on our serving pieces and we will provide coffee and other beverages included in the price.

You can choose from the following:
  • Mini cupcakes, cake pops, and beverages, or
  • Mini cupcakes, wedding cake pops, and beverages, or
  • Cupcake Cake, baby cake pop arrangements, and beverages, or
  • Baby Reveal Cupcakes, baby reveal cake pops, and beverages, or
  • Cupcake Cake, an assortment of mini cake pops, and beverages
A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your date.

Rental for After Hours Events

If you need a little more space, why not rent Cupcake Crazy “after hours”. Minimum after hour rental is 3 hours. Rental includes a beautiful display of mini cupcakes, mini cake pops, and bite size cake push-ups! A beverage station of coffee, soda, and water are included as well. You are welcome to bring in outside food and beverage and can help make arrangements.

Pricing: $300 space rental plus $10 per person. A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your date.
